Orthodontic Scalers & Pushers

The orthodontic scalers and pushers are instruments used in orthodoncy to gently remove the sinus membrane from the bone structure supporting it, first using the scaler to make a microscopic cut between the membrane and the bone and then the pusher to push away the membrane and make place for any additional filling material to be put underneath it when the needed space in between the bone and the sinus membrane is obtained.
